Ground Rules
Minimum requirement for courses
Every language course (Italian or Spanish) must reach at least 3 students to start. Otherwise, a full refund will be provided.
Attendance Policy (group lessons)
Any missed lesson within a course (group lessons) will not be repeated, refunded or rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy (1 on 1 lessons)
If you cancel your 1 on 1 lesson less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, the entire lesson fee will be charged. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your lesson. In that case the missed lesson will be rescheduled (in accordance to teacher's availability) within and no later than 7 days from the date of the missed lesson.
Student-Teacher mandatory agreement
Every student must agree with the Terms & conditions policy, Privacy policy and Return policy, before hiring Fede's teaching services.
Travel expenses (1 on 1 lessons)
If you prefer having your 1 on 1 lesson at your place or somewhere else, an additional travel fee of $15 will be charged to the cost of the lesson (Sydney area).
Payments
Every student must complete her/his tuition payment before the start of the lessons.
