I have always known that helping other people achieving their goals was something that would resonate with my person. I was not sure how I could express my inclination, but, as always, life has mysterious ways to surprise us. After spending years between Prague, London, Barcelona, Italy and Australia the answer was clear. Teaching. Supporting other people achieving better job opportunities, exams' scores and degrees, new ways to communicate with older family members, the ability to travel across unfamiliar places while feeling able to connect with their culture, through the learning of new languages. Teaching was the answer.

Having been myself a learner throughout my entire life, each of my experience abroad was characterised by some concrete learning objective (university, international exchanges, volunteering and work), I perfectly understand the emotional challenge that the learning of a new language brings. That is why I believe my ability to put myself into my students' shoes represents one of my bigger strengths.

Teaching abroad, with this understanding feeling towards my students, fully shaped my teaching style in a way that puts the needs of my students first. Needs such as feeling comfortable at making mistakes, taking communicative risks and finding new ways to express thoughts and emotions. The teaching journey that I began a decade ago has provided me with countless wonderful opportunities to grow as a person, allowing me also, to be a better teacher.

I am an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in the academic field, with focus on language education and student development. Equipped with outstanding work ethic and unsurpassed dedication to educate students in multiple languages and help to achieve program objectives utilising various learning processed and maintaining a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning. My students describe me as a creative and proactive teacher with well-defined organisational, communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. I constantly strive to cultivate relationships with students of diverse backgrounds.
